Acupressure is a therapy developed over 5,000 years ago as an important aspect of Asian, especially Chinese, medicine. It’s a simple and great way to eliminate pain based on pressure points and may be one solution to help eliminate dangerous pain medications and their associated side effects. 


  • Press each point on your hand (see diagram) associated with the physical location of your pain. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  • After a 5 second period has passed, release for 3 seconds.
  • Repeat process for several minutes on the same point.
  • After repeat acupressure treatments, pain will gradually decrease.
