- One cup of tomato juice
- Half a lemon
- Two tablespoons of grated ginger
- One hot pepper (you can also use chili powder)
- Two stalks of celery
Preparation:
The preparation of this beverage could not be any easier. All you have to do is mix together the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the ginger and the chili.
Serve it in tall glasses and finally put the whole celery stalks into the glass. Eat the celery parallel with drinking this beverage.
You can drink three glasses of this drink a day, between the meals. If you have prepared larger amount of this drink, you can store it in the fridge.
