Young green nuts (Juglandis Immature fructus) have a lot of vitamin C, iodine and many other vitamins and their syrup mixed with honey is traditionally given to patients who are having problems with their immune system, thyroid gland, and anemia.

Young green nuts mixed with honey have a positive effect in cases of anemia and they can help you to purify your liver, stomach and blood.

They are excellent with problems of the thyroid, for diseases of the throat and respiratory tract, particularly bronchitis, they increase the immunity, they can help you with problems caused by the menopause, obesity and chronic respiratory disease.

Ingredients:

  • 40 young green walnut with their shell
  • 1 kg of quality honey

Preparation:
