You will need:
One middle-sized onion
One garlic bulb
Chop the onion and garlic and then put them in a pot with boiling water. Leave them to boil for 10 minutes. Afterwards, remove the pot from the stove and leave it to cool down for 20 minutes. Then, take a small amount of the mixture and put it onto the gauze. Stick the gauze onto the middle part of your feet. Do this before going to bed. In the morning, remove the gauze and wash the feet.
