For some people, the level of acidity in the mouth is very high, even 3.6.

This level is high enough that erodes the enamel. A similar effect have orange juice or a soda if you drink them before going to bed. Men are more prone to breathing through the mouth during sleep, even a third of them have this awful habit, while only five percent of women have this habit.

Many often sleep with their mouths open because they cannot breathe properly through the nose. Therefore, many experts advise you, before bedtime, to free your airways or use a spray that will make it easier for you to breathe through the nose.
