There is a common dental procedure, for which almost all dentists will say that is completely safe, despite the fact that for more than 100 years, there are scientists who warn us about the high risks of this same procedure.
In the United States, on a daily basis, this procedure is performed more than 40,000 times on patients who think they are safe and that this way they will permanently solve their problem. This procedure is commonly known as “nerve extraction” (although they will actually remove the pulp as well), and doctor are preforming this procedure in order to “save” your tooth from extraction in cases of some infections or damaging of the pulp.
In other words, the tooth is “numb”, which means that the root of the tooth is cleaned and sealed.
However, according to some scientists, although the tooth is “dead”, the root can actually become a hidden incubator of highly toxic anaerobic bacteria. These are the bacteria that do not need air in order to survive. These bacteria under certain conditions can find the path to the circulatory system and cause a whole host of chronic diseases.
Most dentists allegedly ignored the results of some recent studies, which warn us about the potential risks of removing the root of the tooth.
Of special concern it is the possible link between cancer and the, aforementioned, dental procedures. It sounds scary the information that is given in the text, but even 97 percent of patients who are in the thermal, the final stage of cancer, at some point in their life had this surgery for removing the root of one or more teeth. The strange thing is that, apparently, in most of the cases the cancer appeared on the opposite side of the body from where there were these “numb” teeth.
The authors of this study believe that it is a much better option to extract the teeth, than to be “rescuing” them in this way.
